Early check-in (from 6:00 a.m.) or late check-out (before 9:00 p.m.) – an additional fee equal to 50% of room rate per day will be charged.
Early check-in (before 6:00 a.m.) or late check-out (after 9:00 p.m.) – an additional fee equal to full room rate per day will be charged.

Booking Policy

A 50% deposit is required in advance in order to confirm your booking.
For cancellations occurring during Low Season the price equal to full room rate per day will be charged.
For cancellations occurring during High Season the price equal to 50% of room rate (no less than 1 room rate) will be charged.
100% of accommodation fee should be paid upon arrival.
